Chris Licata named President of Tecnica Blizzard USA
WEST LEBANON, NH. (October 6, 2011) Tecnica Group USA is pleased to announce that effective immediately Chris Licata becomes President of the Tecnica Blizzard divisions of the Tecnica Group. Chris began working as an Advisor to the brands in early November, 2010 and has progressively become more involved in the company, its operations and leadership.

Management Change at Tecnica USA
Cook departs for Prince Sports
After eighteen years at Tecnica USA, Sam Cook has taken a new position with Prince Sports as General Manager, USA & Canada, effective September 1, 2010. Cook has been President of the Tecnica/Blizzard division of Tecnica Group USA since 2008.
In announcing this change, Peter Weaver, CEO of Tecnica Group USA, extended his appreciation and thanks to Cook for his years of service, as well as his accomplishments for the brands.

The Tecnica/Blizzard team is sorely missing one of our athletes. Arne Backstrom, 29, passed away Thursday, June 3rd in a fall during a freeskiing mission in Peru.

Nimbus Hits Cooke City - April 2, 2008
Hello and good day to all the supporters of Nimbus Independent and the Hunting Yeti project. Ike Smith here once again, to fill you in on the wild and crazy adventures of the Nimbus crew. This time around we decided to head to a remote location nestled in the beautiful mountains of Montana known as Cooke City. It was dumping snow at low elevation when we left Oregon, which left us wondering why we were gonna drive 16 hours to Cooke City. Such is the life of a traveling film crew...
